CLASS
DESCRIPTIONS Where do you start??? We start with the BASIC BEGINNER class, which will teach you the basics of scrapbooking.
The class is FREE and takes about 3 hrs. You need to bring about 6-8 photos
of the same theme with you, nothing precious like wedding photos, just a
small topic to get you going. The next class is the Basic
Beginner Follow-On. In this class we revise what you learnt in your first class. You will
complete a double page layout. We want you to continue learning, so we will
be giving you a gift for attending this class. You will receive a Work in
Progress Album and a packet of refills for FREE!! That’s a saving of $22.
Pages are on display in the store. You will need to bring some photos and
your own adhesive. The class costs $15 and runs for 2 hrs. BASIC
CLASSES Basic Classes are designed for Beginners. In each class you will learn
several techniques and complete a double page layout. The layouts will change
every two months and kits will be available for each class. You are required
to bring: adhesive, lead pencil, ruler, rubber & scissors to each class.
Bring photos related to each layout. If you are unable to visit the store to
view the page please call so we can help. ALL CLASSES ARE 2 HOURS AND COST $15. SAMPLES OF
PAGES FOR EACH CLASS ARE ON DISPLAY IN THE STORE. BASIC LAYOUT & DESIGN:What makes a great
page? Your photographs, colours & page layout. Let us help you master the
principles of design. BASIC EMBELLISHMENTS: This class will show
you how to use all the “extras” - metals, tags, ribbons, stickers, brads,
eyelets, buttons and more. . BASIC WORDS: It’s all about
words, what to journal & how to do it - learn to use stamps, paints, the computer, pens & more! INTERMEDIATE CLASSES These classes assume you have completed some of the Basic Classes. They
are designed to be very “hands-on”. You will learn several of the latest
techniques in each class and get a double page completed. The pages change
every month so you can do the same class monthly. Kit prices will vary so
please check at the store for costs & samples of the double pages. You
will need to bring adhesive, paper trimmer, lead pencil, ruler, rubber,
scissors, black pen, anywhere hole punch & eyelet setter. You should
always bring a collection of photos to any class. BABY WORKSHOP– Pages every month to
showcase your baby photos. BACKGROUNDS WORKSHOP– Pages using
different techniques to create the background, new page every month! BASIC GREY WORKSHOP- Pages using the
Basic Grey range of products. CARDMAKING WORKSHOP – 2 hours to create
fantastic cards. Learn how to use what you already have to create lots of
different cards. CUTTLEBUG CRAZY– Don’t know what it
is or how to use it, this is for you ELISSA’S SURPRISE-
You just never know, its like a box of chocolates! EMBELLISHMENT WORKSHOP– Pages using lots of
embellishments. GIRLY THINGS - Pages using lots of
flowers, ribbons and pretty things. GLIMMERMIST WORKSHOP– All the tips and
tricks about using it. HERITAGE WORKSHOP - Pages to showcase
precious heritage photos. LIGHTNING LAYOUTS– Complete 3 double
layouts in 3 hours M.V.P. WORKSHOP - Masculine pages featuring all
the boys in your life. SHABBY CHIC WORKSHOP- Have you seen it but
been too afraid to try it? Sandy will teach you how with a new layout every
month. TRAVEL WORKSHOP – Pages to showcase
your travel photos. 4 HOUR WORKSHOPS - these classes are
$25 plus the kit & are designed to take four hours to complete. They may
only be run once and we take a maximum of 12 people. Samples in store. 2011 Calendar– Complete the Basic
Grey 2011 calendar for next year. 6x6 GIFT ALBUM– can be any theme,
great Christmas present! ADVENT CALENDAR– Great Christmas
decoration or gift. BACKGROUNDS MARATHON- Complete 3 layouts
in 4 hours CHRISTMAS CARDMAKING WORKSHOP– Christmas Cards,
tags & more. CHRISTMAS MARATHON– 3 layouts using the
new Basic Grey Christmas. HERITAGE MARATHON– Complete 3 Heritage
layouts in 4 hours. NOEL WOODEN WORD– Gorgeous Christmas
decoration for the home. SANDY’S MARATHON– 3 layouts designed
by Sandy. TRAVEL ADVENTURE Part 1 - A new travel album,
get the whole trip done in one go. TRAVEL ADVENTURE Part 2– Compete another 10
layouts of the same trip, or start on a new one. This is the next album in
the series. KIDS
CLASSES All kids classes are $10 plus kits. Kit prices vary depending on the
layout. Kids need to bring their own adhesive, scissors, pencil and selection
of photos. 5-8 YEAR OLDS - class designed for
the younger children, easy pages and we only take 8 kids per class 8 & UP– plenty of
different layouts and projects for kids who are 8 years old or older, ask
when booking about what they need to bring. SCRAPATHONS—
FREE FRIDAY NIGHT SCRAPATHONS- 6
hours of uninterrupted time to work on your albums. And
IT’S FREE! WEEKDAY &
SUNDAY SCRAPATHONS- Come along and Scrap during the day. Bring all your supplies. Cost $5.
